When a customer schedules through the front end system, they are scheduling in real time!

Your advisor will get an email and it will display the customer information in the advisor's schedule the second the customer clicks confirm appointment.

The customer will also receive an email confirming their appointment with the advisor.

The system can send to as many emails as you would like to who ever you would like. It will even email at a set time before an appointment to remind customer of their scheduled appointment.

The Service Director or Manager can access any advisor's schedule from their computer and monitor all advisor's schedules.

Their are also hundreds of reports that can be generated to track sales. appointments, deliveries and much more.

Our system has a website available that is built in, or we can incorporate it right into your existing website.

If you don't have a website, this schedule system can work well, or we can design you a custom web site.

The software will allow you to set up as many Service Advisors and Vehicle Services as you need.

You will also be able to set different levels of authority by individual separate logins.

You can set it up so an Advisor only can see his appointments and no other advisors appointments, or set it up to view all.

The software is very flexible and almost unlimited to what you can set up for your Service Department.
